Application terms & conditions
The present application terms & conditions shall govern the relations between the person filling in the application (hereinafter referred to as the “Respondent”) and Swissburo.ch (hereinafter referred to as “Swissburo”).
The Respondent shall be entitled to the free posting of an ad for one month if the following conditions are met:
Neither the Respondent nor an agent from the same legal entity has already taken advantage of the free posting opportunity;
the Respondent has truthfully completed the application form
the Respondent has provided complete and accurate personal information;
the Respondent is at least 18 years of age.
Swissburo reserves the right to reject any application deemed incomplete and, when required, to ask for additional information, failing which the application will be considered null & void and the opportunity to post a free ad will not be granted.
All information provided in this application will be handled in compliance with applicable Swiss laws regarding data protection.
Should the Respondent comply with all stated conditions and SWISSBURO accept the application as valid, the Respondent will receive:
a confirmation e-mail that will include the information required to connect to the Customer account;
one month free publication for one (1) ad.
The ad may be posted at any time after receipt of the confirmation e-mail. Please note that this free posting option is only valid for three months after receipt of the confirmation e-mail.
